These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by Portland Car Towing. By requesting our services or communicating with us, you agree to these terms.

Services

Portland Car Towing provides towing, vehicle transport, and roadside assistance services in the Portland, Oregon metropolitan area. All services are subject to availability, weather, and road conditions.

Quotes and Pricing

• Quotes provided by phone, text, or through our online proposal system are estimates based on the information you provide.
• Final pricing may vary if actual conditions differ from what was described (e.g., vehicle is not accessible, additional distance, non-running vehicle not disclosed).
• Accepting a proposal via our website or by replying YES to a text constitutes agreement to the quoted price for the described service.

SMS Communications

By calling us or requesting service, you consent to receive text messages related to your service including:

• Quotes and proposals
• Driver ETAs and job updates
• Job confirmations and receipts

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to receive service.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your vehicle and location
• Ensure you have legal authority to request towing of the vehicle
• Be available at the pickup location or reachable by phone
• Disclose if the vehicle is non-running, has flat tires, or has any conditions that affect towing

Liability

Portland Car Towing carries appropriate insurance for vehicle transport. Our liability is limited to direct damage caused by our negligence during the tow. We are not responsible for pre-existing vehicle conditions or damage caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer.

Cancellations

You may cancel a service request at no charge before a driver is dispatched. Once a driver is en route, a cancellation fee may apply.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as communicated at the time of service.

Disputes

Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues.
